As official dealers we offer the back up and support to match with service, warranty, aftermarket and logistical support from our 5 UK depots.

You can also choose from an extensive hire fleet of compact plant machinery and attachments, including excavators, loaders, dumpers, rollers and much more, along with a robust range of specialist machinery, including trenching and utility solutions and electric powered plant. For over 30 years we have provided reliability, choice, quality, local knowledge and proactive service throughout Northern England and Scotland.

Our Story

MTS Plant was founded in 1986 in West Yorkshire.  In our formative years we quickly developed ourselves as a trusted and competitive dealer in construction and agricultural machinery throughout the local area.

Wanting to serve our loyal customers as best we could, in 1997 MTS Plant expanded into the rental market.  This became an opportunity for us to showcase our expertise and knowledge in this fast changing sector and expand –our fleets and our depots.   In addition to our Wakefield Headquarters we now have depots in Tyne & Wear, Lancashire and Scotland, employing more than 50 full-time staff.
